Epic Security Analyst

Job Summary

Administering and maintaining Epic security access, the full-time Identity Access Management Analyst Epic Security will analyze, design, implement, and troubleshoot Epic security roles and user records while working remotely and participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Epic security access according to organizational policies and security standards
• Provision, modify, and deactivate user access in accordance with approved workflows and compliance requirements
• Perform routine audits of Epic access and security configurations to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Epic Security Certification (active and in good standing)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of recent Epic support experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Experience supporting Epic user provisioning, role-based access, and security classes
• Understanding of healthcare security, privacy, and compliance requirements including HIPAA
• Experience troubleshooting access-related issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams
