Epic SER Analyst
Job Summary
To support provider data management, the fully remote Epic SER Analyst will build and maintain provider records within Epic, triage incidents and tickets, and communicate with stakeholders during business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain provider records in Epic SER, including Login Blueprints and related workflows
- Triage and resolve incidents and tickets related to provider data during business hours
- Document provider data workflows, changes, and issue resolutions for internal knowledge sharing
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with Epic SER/Provider Records, including expertise with Login Blueprints and SER Blueprints
- Epic Provider Administration badge (required)
- Epic Security certification (strongly desired)
- Proficiency with Clarity/SQL (intermediate preferred)
- Experience with external and referring provider addresses and organization records
