Epic Systems Administrator
Job Summary
The full-time remote Epic Systems Administrator will manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Epic systems, ensuring effective operation and support for both physical and virtual environments across Microsoft and Linux platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to end users via various communication methods in a timely manner
- Assist in the implementation and deployment of server/system infrastructure, including VMware support
- Coordinate with departmental resources to install and maintain line of business applications for assigned systems
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience supporting server/storage infrastructure technologies
- Vendor-required certification in good standing for applications/modules supported, or proficiency within 6 months of hire
