Epic Tapestry UM Analyst
Job Summary
To support the implementation and optimization of Epic Tapestry UM functionality, the temporary remote Epic Tapestry Utilization Management (UM) Analyst will manage configuration, workflows, and ongoing maintenance while collaborating with clinical and operational teams to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, test, and maintain Epic Tapestry Utilization Management functionality
- Support UM workflows, including prior authorizations, referrals, and concurrent reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow improvements and translate business requirements into Epic solutions
Required qualifications
- Epic Tapestry Utilization Management certification required
- Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry UM build, configuration, testing, and optimization
- Strong understanding of managed care operations and utilization review processes
- Experience supporting Epic implementations and production environments
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and troubleshoot technical issues
