Job Summary
To support the implementation and maintenance of Epic Willow, the full-time remote Epic Willow Analyst will analyze workflows, develop and test interface solutions, and troubleshoot integration issues while collaborating with IT staff and end users.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze end-user workflows to understand operational processes
- Develop, test, and deploy interface solutions while maintaining sustainable processes
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide on-call support as needed
Required qualifications
- Epic Willow build experience required
- Epic Willow certification or accreditation required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of relevant education and experience
- Basic understanding of the Windows environment and eagerness to learn supporting technologies
- Proven critical thinking skills and attention to detail
