Job Summary
To support the implementation and maintenance of the Epic Willow application, the full-time Willow Application Analyst will design, build, test, and provide ongoing support while working remotely in a contract position.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support contact for the Epic Willow application, configuring and installing it while coordinating project-related issues
- Analyze clinical workflows and document operational specifications, working with clinicians to adapt protocols and prepare detailed specifications
- Develop user training aids and provide training and ongoing support to end users, troubleshooting issues during training and go-live phases
Required qualifications
- PharmD is preferred
- Epic Willow certification
- Experience in Epic Willow support
- Knowledge of clinical application systems and their implementation, support, and quality assurance
- Ability to train and collaborate with users at all levels, conveying technical information effectively
