Epic Willow Applications Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the IT Pharmacy team, the full-time Epic Willow Applications Analyst will manage system evaluations, enhancements, and project management activities, while providing education and support for Epic Willow Ambulatory and third-party applications in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct system evaluations and implement enhancements to improve workflow and patient safety
• Perform project management activities including analysis, design, and implementation of application software
• Consult and communicate extensively with clinical staff and administrative users to support application usage

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
• Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification
• Experience in clinical assessment, planning, and project management
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple issues simultaneously
