Epic Willow InPatient Analyst

Job Summary

Leading a team of Application Analysts, the fully remote Lead Epic Willow InPatient Analyst will oversee day-to-day activities, ensure high-quality deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design, build, and implementation of Epic applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads and prioritizes work activities for Application Analysts under the direction of the Application Manager
• Ensures timely completion of project plans, design documentation, testing plans, and training curriculum
• Communicates status updates on tasks, issues, and risks to the Application Manager and coordinates with other teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree; experience may substitute for minimum education requirement
• Epic Willow InPatient Certification required, with Willow Amb and/or Inventory highly preferred
• 8+ years of experience in systems analysis or 5+ years in healthcare IT with 3 years of Epic build experience
• One year of leadership or mentorship experience in a team or project setting
• Relevant Epic Module certification or newly obtained Epic certification within six months of employment
