Epic/Workday Security Specialist
Job Summary
Leading critical projects and managing technical solutions, the full-time Epic/Workday Security Specialist will work remotely to enhance clinical and business information systems while providing expert guidance during high-impact situations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage critical incident responses and lead project outcomes while collaborating with vendors and internal teams
- Continuously advance knowledge of systems and workflows, implementing optimizations and configurations as needed
- Mentor team members and cover managerial responsibilities in the absence of leadership, ensuring smooth operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7 years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
- Epic/Workday/Application certifications; ability to achieve additional certifications as required
- Lean Green Belt certification or ability to achieve as required by the department
- Ability to act independently and effectively communicate with staff at all levels of the organization
