Job Summary
To support an academic health system, the full-time remote EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst will design, build, test, and implement EpicCare Ambulatory functionality while collaborating with clinicians to optimize workflows and resolve end-user issues.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and implement EpicCare Ambulatory functionality to meet clinical and operational needs
- Partner with clinicians to analyze and adapt clinical processes, documentation needs, and workflows
- Provide end-user support by tracking issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring resolution
Required qualifications
- Active Certification in EpicCare Ambulatory
- 5+ years of experience in Epic Ambulatory build and implementation
- Strong knowledge of ambulatory clinical workflows and documentation needs
- Proven ability to deliver successful projects remotely
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific
