ePMO Adoption Lead

Job Summary

To drive awareness and execution of ePMO processes, the full-time ePMO Adoption Lead will manage training, communication, and adoption strategies for Project Managers, ensuring they understand and implement ePMO requirements effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training materials and resources to enhance Project Managers' understanding of ePMO processes
• Coordinate the rollout of new ePMO processes and assess change readiness across the Project Management community
• Serve as the primary communication channel for updates and feedback between the ePMO and Project Managers

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of related experience
• 5+ years of experience in training, change management, or project management
• Experience in developing and delivering enterprise training programs
• Strong instructional design and adult learning capabilities
• Proficiency with Asana or comparable enterprise work-management platforms preferred
