Equipment Management Vice President

Job Summary

To support the Equipment Finance Division, the full-time salaried Equipment Management Vice President will conduct equipment research, perform independent valuation analysis, and provide senior-level guidance on asset management and risk assessment in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct equipment research and analysis to develop reliable residual and collateral value assessments for transactions
• Prepare written valuation reports for internal credit and approval review while analyzing market data and industry trends
• Manage the return, storage, inspection, repair, marketing, and sale of off-lease equipment to maximize portfolio value

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent equipment management experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management within a financial institution or operating lessor
• Proven expertise in independently assessing risk across various equipment types and lease structures
• Proficiency with financial calculators and software such as Supertrump, TValue, and Microsoft Office
• ASA (American Society of Appraisers) designation or active candidate status toward certification preferred
