Equipment Procurement Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Equipment Procurement Transaction Lead, the successful candidate will manage high-value equipment supply and EPC transactions for gas generation and renewable energy projects, driving cross-functional collaboration and strategic supplier partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and execute major equipment supply agreements, focusing on alignment with project schedules and financial targets
• Lead end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and manage post-execution contract actions, ensuring compliance with project finance standards
• Build and maintain relationships with key OEMs and suppliers, resolving commercial challenges while maintaining long-term partnership value

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field; engineering background preferred
• 5+ years of experience in procuring major equipment and negotiating EPC or equipment supply contracts for utility-scale projects
• Proven transaction leadership with the ability to manage complex task lists and guide cross-functional teams
• Advanced commercial contracting and negotiation skills, with familiarity in equipment warranties and performance guarantees
• Strong quantitative analysis and executive communication skills, proficient in Google Workspace and Excel
