Equipment Specialist

Job Summary

To support capital equipment sales, the full-time Equipment Specialist will manage inquiries from sales associates and customers, act as the equipment ambassador for sales regions, and assist with project management for veterinary hospital developments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from sales associates and customers regarding capital equipment purchases and implementations
• Manage sales regions and identify opportunities to grow equipment sales
• Assist in project management for veterinary hospital new builds, remodels, and renovations as assigned

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in veterinary technology or a bachelor's degree in an animal health field preferred
• Three or more years of experience in a veterinary clinic or two or more years in a call center environment with an animal health products distributor or manufacturer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with CRM Salesforce is desirable
