Equity Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end administration of the Management Equity Program, the full-time Lead Equity Program Manager will oversee equity compensation operations, ensure compliance, and engage with senior leadership and external vendors in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of equity programs, including grant planning and ongoing administration
• Oversee vendor management and system configuration, ensuring data integrity and performance standards
• Develop and govern equity documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred
• 8+ years of experience in compensation with a focus on equity/long-term incentive programs
• Experience in private equity-backed or publicly traded environments
• Deep expertise in equity compensation structures and administration
• Strong analytical skills, including modeling and scenario analysis
