ERM Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the execution of the ERM framework, the full-time remote ERM Program Manager will manage risk registers, coordinate functional risk lead check-ins, and produce board-ready reporting while collaborating closely with the ERM Working Group and functional risk leads.

Key responsibilities

• Run the ERM intake cycle, including ticket ingestion and functional interviews
• Maintain functional and enterprise risk registers, ensuring accuracy in scoring and mitigations
• Produce leadership and board ERM materials while tracking mitigation plans and escalations

Required qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in operational risk, ERM, GRC, or compliance program management at a regulated financial institution
• Experience building or running a risk register from intake through reporting
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, Security, and Operations
• Hands-on experience with GRC platforms
• Familiarity with SEC/FINRA regulations or equivalent experience in a regulated environment
