ERP and People Systems Architect
Job Summary
To support the transformation of finance and people systems, the full-time ERP and People Systems Architect will define target-state architecture, establish technical standards, and oversee integration for a headless, AI-enabled application experience while working remotely during Eastern Time business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Define target-state architecture and technical roadmaps for the ERP and people systems portfolio
- Publish standards and reference architectures, leading design reviews for new integrations and modules
- Own integration architecture for Workday and connected systems, ensuring compliance with security and data standards
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP, or solution architecture
- Deep expertise in Workday Financials or HCM, including integration design across REST and SOAP APIs
- Strong SQL and data-modeling skills with experience in designing data flows and reconciliation
- Working knowledge of internal controls and privacy for financial and people data
- Experience designing automation or AI-enabled solutions for enterprise business processes
