ERP Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, the remote ERP Business Analyst will translate Army finance and operational needs into clear processes, requirements, and acceptance criteria while facilitating workshops and documenting workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders to gather and document current and future workflows and requirements
• Translate approved needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized delivery backlog for D365 F&O implementation
• Conduct fit-to-standard and fit-gap analysis, and support user acceptance testing and business readiness activities

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement, with at least 3 years supporting ERP or financial systems
• Experience facilitating workshops and developing process models, requirements, and user stories
• Hands-on participation in D365 F&O implementation and knowledge of financial transaction lifecycles
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field
• Must meet Government citizenship and background check requirements
