ERP Business Application Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting ERP systems that power critical healthcare operations, the full-time ERP Business Application Analyst will analyze business processes, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and assist in the design and configuration of ERP solutions while working remotely from an authorized state.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance organizational ERP systems by analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ERP solutions
- Support testing activities to ensure system functionality and facilitate end-user training and support
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience supporting ERP system implementation and maintenance
- Basic understanding of business process analysis and ERP system configuration
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Financial, and Supply Chain applications preferred
- Familiarity with ERP platforms and system performance monitoring
