ERP Data Migration Manager
Job Summary
Leading the transition of legacy financial data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, the remote ERP Data Migration Manager will establish migration strategies, coordinate with source-system owners, and manage the entire data migration process, ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria and government standards.
Key responsibilities
- Establish migration strategies, source-system inventory, and integrated workstream schedules
- Coordinate data profiling, cleansing, and remediation with legacy-system and business owners
- Plan and track mock conversions, including load results, defects, and business validation
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in ERP data migration or enterprise data delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience leading at least one full ERP migration through all phases including assessment and stabilization
- Ability to define migration acceptance criteria and manage financial-data quality and conversion defects
- Working knowledge of D365 F&O migration capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, accounting, or a related field
