ERP Integration Analyst

Job Summary

Leading business-focused ERP initiatives, the full-time ERP Integration Analyst will work remotely to align system capabilities with operational needs, partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and support implementation efforts from planning through stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP integration and business analysis activities by identifying operational needs and translating them into system-focused solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders to support implementation efforts across configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization
• Evaluate enterprise asset management workflows to improve process effectiveness and create clear project documentation

Required qualifications

• At least five years of experience in business analysis, ERP implementation, or a comparable functional role
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience may be considered
• Demonstrated experience supporting ERP initiatives through requirements gathering, configuration support, and testing
• Strong knowledge of enterprise asset management practices, including maintenance and asset lifecycle processes
• Ability to produce high-quality functional documentation, including requirements and training content
