- Develop and execute ERP application strategy aligned with organizational goals and priorities

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities
- 3+ years of people management experience in higher education
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms commonly used in higher education, such as Ellucian Banner and Jenzabar
