Job Summary
To support client transformations, the full-time Associate Manager - ERP Package Applications will manage ServiceNow solutions, oversee technical governance processes, and lead design workshops in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define project scope and vision to deliver customized solutions for clients
- Maintain responsibility for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and integrations
- Support business development and pre-sales activities as the technical lead and architect
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple products
- Strong professional services and client-facing experience
- A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification desired
- ServiceNow System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications preferred
