ERP Transformation Manager
Job Summary
Leading the architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, the full-time remote ERP Transformation Manager will define business needs, document processes, and ensure the new system enhances operational efficiency while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and rollout of D365 Finance & Operations aligned with business objectives and best practices
- Document end-to-end processes and identify areas for standardization versus customization
- Drive change management by developing training and ensuring teams are confident in using the new system
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations with a strong understanding of financial processes
- 3+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or equivalent ERP solutions
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of D365 F&O, capable of designing solutions across multiple business functions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field
- Preferred Microsoft D365 F&O Financials certifications
