ERP Transformation Program Director

Job Summary

Leading the transformation strategy for ERP systems, the full-time salaried ERP Transformation Program Director will define, govern, and execute the transition from current ERP environments to a future enterprise landscape, with a preference for onsite work in Worcester, MA, or remote within the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and execution of the ERP transformation strategy, including business case development and deployment planning
• Streamline and establish a new ERP governance model to support change management and continuous process improvements across multiple regions
• Act as the strategic leader for the ERP transformation program, ensuring successful adoption and alignment with global ERP and digital transformation initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience leading ERP transformation programs in global manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated success in global program leadership and coordination across regions and business units
• Proven experience with ERP selection and deployment, from evaluation to implementation
• Strong background in business transformation, including process redesign and operating-model changes
• Exceptional executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and communicate complex issues clearly
