Job Summary
Leading the transformation journey from the current ERP environment to a future enterprise ERP landscape, the full-time ERP Transformation Program Director will manage strategy development, program governance, and deployment planning, preferably onsite in Worcester, MA or remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the ERP transformation strategy, including business case development and target operating model design
- Oversee program governance and ensure successful adoption of the ERP solution across various business functions and regions
- Streamline and build a new ERP governance model structure to support continuous process improvements and change management
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading ERP transformation programs
- Demonstrated success in global program leadership across regions and business units
- Proven experience with ERP selection and deployment from evaluation to implementation
- Strong background in business transformation, including process redesign and operating-model changes
- Exceptional executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and communicate complex issues
