Job Summary
As a full-time Escalations Engineer working remotely, the successful candidate will manage complex support issues, collaborate with development teams, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving escalated technical challenges related to advanced cloud video security products.

- Degree in Science, Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, or Cybersecurity
- Demonstrated ability to conduct full stack troubleshooting of video security solutions
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Experience working in a customer-facing role and collaborating with R&D teams
