Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Escrow Analysis Specialist I will ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures, manage workflow volume to meet service level agreements, and handle escalated loan-level issues while supporting client inquiries and departmental research.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains workflow volume for the Escrow Analysis department to meet internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Handles escalated loan-level issues and provides research assistance for complex inquiries
- Works with management to ensure timely and accurate completion of internal and external audits
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; preferred experience with BKFS MSP or Sagent
- Preferred training in Escrow Analysis, Tax, Hazard Insurance, and MIP/PMI
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS, and Sagent preferred
