Escrow Officer Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a remote team of escrow officers and assistants, the full-time Purchasing Processing Team Lead will ensure the delivery of accurate and compliant escrow services while providing training, mentorship, and workflow management for purchase transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the purchase processing team, ensuring quality and efficiency in all transactions
• Monitor pipeline volumes and allocate workloads to balance capacity across the team
• Train, mentor, and coach team members on best practices, procedures, and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in title and escrow, specifically in purchase transactions
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and escrow procedures
• Proficiency with escrow and title software systems (e.g., SoftPro)
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience is strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred
