Escrow Oversight Specialist

Job Summary

As an Escrow Oversight Specialist working remotely on a full-time basis, the candidate will manage specialized processes including setting up mortgage insurance escrow lines, conducting tax and insurance research, and disbursing escrow balances for paid in full loans, all while adhering to relevant regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Complete tasks in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Research and process FHA/PMI/USDA cancellation requests and assist in setting up escrow lines
• Disburse funds on paid in full loans and provide productivity summaries on a regular basis

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in banking, finance, mortgage, or escrow
• Familiarity with mortgage loan servicing and originating systems
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Ability to perform Escrow Liaison Level I and II duties
