Escrow Processing Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a remote escrow processing team, the full-time Escrow Processing Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage workflow, and ensure production goals are met while collaborating with local business leaders and the National Escrow Processing Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead daily workflow tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
• Serve as the primary contact for issue escalations and provide updates on processes and policies
• Supervise the processing team, including training and performance management

Required qualifications:

• Experience in the closing/title/real estate industry
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or people management experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn new technical applications
• Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions
• Availability to work during core business hours with flexibility for extended hours as needed
