ESM Architect
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end solution architecture, the full-time ESM Architect will deliver a scalable ServiceNow solution across Workplace Service Delivery, Enterprise Asset Management, Field Service Management, and Workflow Data Fabric while ensuring alignment with business objectives and future initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Define overall platform and solution architecture, leading architecture workshops and design governance activities
- Establish integration patterns using IntegrationHub, APIs, MID Servers, and WDF capabilities while providing architectural oversight
- Support project estimations, technical risk management, and deployment planning, ensuring OOTB adoption and minimizing technical debt
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years in ServiceNow architecture roles
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Exposure to Workplace Service Delivery, Field Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management, IntegrationHub, and CMDB
