Job Summary

To support complex planning matters for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, the full-time Estate Planning Attorney will design and draft estate planning documents, develop advanced wealth transfer strategies, and collaborate with tax professionals and financial advisors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and draft estate planning documents, including trusts and wills, ensuring compliance and precision
  • Develop and implement sophisticated wealth transfer strategies, such as irrevocable trusts and charitable trusts
  • Conduct client consultations, explaining complex planning concepts and guiding clients through decision-making processes
Required qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license in good standing
  • 5-10+ years of experience in estate planning or tax planning
  • Strong drafting skills and mastery of trust and estate planning instruments
  • Preferred: LL.M. in Taxation, CFP, or CPA
