Estate Planning Attorney
Job Summary
To support a growing wealth management practice, the remote Estate Planning Attorney will manage estate planning engagements, review complex documents, and partner with advisors to develop sophisticated strategies for high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for high-net-worth clients
- Manage estate planning engagements from initial consultation through drafting and implementation
- Educate clients on estate planning matters as a subject matter expert in collaboration with Wealth Managers and Advisors
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Deep experience in estate planning, including work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Demonstrated success in navigating complex estate planning matters
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex issues
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
