Estate Planning Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the estate planning squad remotely, the full-time Senior Product Manager - Estate Planning will own the product roadmap, ensure AI quality, and maintain workflow visibility while collaborating with cross-functional teams and development partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the estate planning roadmap from discovery to delivery, defining success metrics and leading planning sessions
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of AI capabilities, deciding on automation and evaluating performance
• Facilitate workflow visibility for all stakeholders, ensuring clarity on the status of each estate plan

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of shipping impactful products
• Experience using AI to solve business problems in a production environment
• Familiarity with compliance and accuracy requirements in product development
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external development partners
• Data fluency with the ability to define metrics and make data-driven decisions
