Estimating and Quality Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading the Reconstruction Estimation and Quality Assurance teams, the fully remote Estimating and Quality Supervisor will ensure proper assignment handling, monitor team performance, and maintain compliance with standard operating procedures while achieving business goals and quality metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Manager to meet short and long-term business goals
• Produce high-quality management reports for internal and client-facing purposes
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance and drive continuous quality improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-5 years of experience in the property insurance and restoration industry
• 2-3 years of proven management experience with high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Symbility, Cotality, and/or Salesforce
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime during high volume and CAT events
