Estimating Manager

Job Summary

Managing daily estimating operations, the full-time Estimating Manager will ensure accurate and timely material takeoffs for critical infrastructure projects while collaborating with regional leadership and sales teams in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily estimating operations and ensure accurate material quantity takeoffs across the regional team
• Implement quality control processes and engage on complex design build projects to provide technical direction
• Guide teams on strategic bid approaches and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve specification conflicts

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in estimating for water/wastewater or critical infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated experience in supervising or leading estimating teams
• Strong expertise in design build support and value engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
• Experience implementing standardized estimating practices across teams
