Estimating Manager - CIG

Job Summary

Managing all day-to-day estimating operations, the full-time Estimating Manager - CIG will ensure accurate and timely material takeoffs for critical infrastructure projects while collaborating with regional leadership and sales teams in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily estimating operations and ensure accuracy of material quantity takeoffs across the regional estimating team
• Implement quality control processes and engage on complex design build projects to provide technical direction
• Supervise the estimating team, conducting skill assessments and providing coaching to enhance technical proficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in bid preparation, sales, or construction estimating
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction or repair projects
• Experience with budgeting and projecting for construction projects
• Strong computer skills and extensive product knowledge of waterworks materials
