Estimating QA Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with service agreements, the fully remote Estimating QA Specialist will review claims, assess damage accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Review claims for accuracy and compliance with carrier guidelines
• Process and reconcile supplements, ensuring timely handling within Service Level Agreements
• Provide constructive feedback and support developmental opportunities for team members

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years of property claims experience required
• Proficiency with Xactimate and XactAnalysis is required
• Field estimating experience and knowledge of the exteriors construction industry desired
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during high volume or catastrophe events
