Job Summary

Providing accurate estimates for printing projects, the fully remote Estimator will prepare competitive quotes, consult with sales and customers, and manage project specifications to support the company's growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare thorough estimates and bills of materials for projects
• Consult with sales and departments to ensure accurate cost calculations and project specifications
• Communicate with customers to clarify project scope, materials, and scheduling requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred
• Prior estimating experience is necessary
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Prior printing or label experience is preferred but not required
