Estimator II - North Carolina

Job Summary

Working remotely in North Carolina, the full-time Estimator II - North Carolina will perform detailed material quantity takeoffs and support bid efforts for various infrastructure projects, collaborating with sales and engineering teams to ensure accurate scope development and competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform material quantity takeoffs for standard and moderately complex projects
• Prepare scopes and provide material lists for sales and customers, participating in discussions to support knowledge transfer
• Communicate with vendors and coordinate with the Pre Bid team to maintain accurate scope definitions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimation experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction or critical infrastructure projects
• Proven experience performing detailed material quantity takeoffs from construction plan sets
• Strong understanding of civil and mechanical infrastructure systems
• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
• Equivalent industry experience will be considered
