Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Ethics and Compliance Partner, this remote position will conduct ethics and compliance investigations, prepare reports, and facilitate remediation of findings while collaborating with various stakeholders to promote a speak-up culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations from the ethics and compliance hotline and prepare investigative reports
• Monitor and facilitate the remediation of investigation findings and maintain metrics related to cases submitted
• Assist in promoting the company's speak-up culture through documentation and awareness initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in compliance, risk management, or a related field
• Over seven years of investigative experience, preferably in aerospace and defense
• Strong analytical skills and adaptability to change
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines
• Willingness to support significant domestic and international travel
