Job Summary
Providing technical leadership for data operations, the full-time ETL Team Lead will oversee the reliability of data pipelines and modernize ETL workloads using Azure technologies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily ETL loads and troubleshoot pipeline failures and performance issues
- Guide onshore and offshore developers, review code, and mentor junior engineers
- Develop and implement real-time data pipelines and enhance operational procedures
Required qualifications
- ETL team leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and SQL Server Integration Services
- Experience with Azure data technologies and modern data architecture
- Knowledge of real-time data pipelines and streaming analytics
- Familiarity with Guidewire DataHub, Oracle, SAP BODS, and PostgreSQL
