EU-French Simulation Specialist

Job Summary

To support immersive learning experiences, the part-time EU-French Speaking Simulation Specialist (Actor) will deliver simulation scenarios remotely during overnight hours, utilizing acting skills and emotional intelligence to engage learners and facilitate reflection while adhering to operational guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of simulation scenarios accurately and professionally while facilitating reflection with learners
• Provide excellent customer service as the session host, addressing questions and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Organize and manage work schedules effectively, prioritizing session delivery and adhering to internal policies

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional acting experience, with improv experience preferred
• Native proficiency in EU-French and English, capable of delivering scenarios in both languages
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in customer service or hospitality
• Ability to work overnight hours from 12am to 8am ET, consistently delivering 20-30 hours per week
• Must reside in Canada or specific US states as listed in the job description
