Job Summary
To support sophisticated international commercial transactions, the full-time salaried EU Licensed Commercial Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements while advising internal teams and enhancing legal operations in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS, partnership, and commercial agreements
- Support the General Counsel in managing international negotiations and independently handle assigned contracts
- Implement AI-powered legal tools and improve contracting workflows to enhance legal operations
Required qualifications
- Fully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
- Extensive experience in negotiating complex enterprise technology agreements with regulated clients
- Strong understanding of European regulatory frameworks relevant to tech companies
- Commercially minded approach to risk management and ability to articulate risks to stakeholders
- Ability to deliver rapid turnarounds in a fast-paced startup environment
