EU Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the expansion of brokerage products across Europe, the full-time remote EU Product Manager will define strategy, manage existing products, and ensure compliance with regional regulations while collaborating with partners and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop brokerage products tailored for EU markets, ensuring compliance with MiFID II / MiFIR and local regulations
- Drive product strategy by analyzing market competition, regulatory requirements, and build-vs-buy scenarios
- Collaborate with engineering teams to write product requirements and execute programs that meet local market standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or fintech, preferably within financial services
- Strong understanding of MiFID II / MiFIR and the EU capital markets landscape
- Demonstrated experience in brokerage, capital markets, or fintech within the EU
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
