Key responsibilities
- Drive valuable technology transactions, including negotiation and drafting of various agreements
- Provide proactive strategic advice and guidance on business and legal issues
- Transform and refine contracting models and workflows for optimal efficiency and scale
Required qualifications
- A European law degree or relevant professional legal qualification
- 10+ years of experience negotiating contracts in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Proven experience leading and developing a team with a people-first leadership style
- Prior experience transforming and refining contracting models and processes
- Experience partnering with senior leaders, including stakeholders in Sales and Legal
