European Programs Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Programs Manager and Director, the full-time European Programs Associate will serve as the primary contact for international volunteer leaders, develop training materials, manage the European Buddy Program, and enhance the volunteer experience in a fully remote role based in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point-of-contact for international volunteer leaders
• Develop tools and procedures to enhance the volunteer experience
• Manage database administration and support local groups within the region

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in volunteer management or team leadership
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with G-Suite tools and experience using AI tools for data tracking
• Ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Passion for the ideas of liberty and willingness to travel as needed
