Evaluation and Assessment Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a major federal healthcare modernization initiative, the full-time remote Evaluation and Assessment Analyst will evaluate program performance, analyze implementation readiness, and provide executive-level reporting to aid leadership in decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct program evaluations to measure project performance and operational effectiveness
• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports for Program Management Office leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or a related field
• Five years of experience in program evaluation, business analysis, or performance measurement within enterprise technology environments
• Experience developing executive dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
