Evaluation Research Analyst

Job Summary

To support the evaluation of multiple Project AWARE grants, the full-time salaried Evaluation Research Analyst will manage data administration, ensure human subjects protection, and lead evaluation research efforts while collaborating with school districts and community organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the design and implementation of comprehensive evaluations aligned with project goals
• Manage data quality control and generate project databases for performance evaluation
• Conduct literature searches and prepare evaluation reports and presentations

Required qualifications

• Master's or doctorate in quantitative methods, education, psychology, public health, or a related field
• Experience in small and large-scale data administration and evaluation research in educational settings
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least two statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R)
• Knowledge of growth modeling and structural equation modeling techniques
• Familiarity with Google-based data collection systems and tools like Qualtrics
